CHI 4 CHILDREN
Chi is the name of life force, the energy that is in all things. Children can have so much energy! But at what point do they learn how to constructively and creatively utilize it to benefit their body, mind and spirit? Chi 4 Children is an hour long, four part fusion class which provides a sampler of basic holistic principles such as Singing, Yoga, Qi Gong and Guided Meditation to assist children in achieving a more empowered and happily balanced life - all while having lots of fun learning through creative play time.
